MULTI-BEND tube bender

The Multi-Bend tube bender will bend Mild Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel in square, round, rectangle tube, flat steel bar,on both planes and round solid bar
The Multi-Bend tube bender is supplied with 5 formers 4 of which are unique as they can be used for either square, round and rectangle tube
The formers are machined to suit 13 mm - 1/2", 15mm(5/8"using shim provided), 19mm 3/4"(20 mm using shim provided) and 25mm-1". also flat bar former 5mm thick

Nominal capacity mild steel 25mm X 2mm wall thickness / aluminium 32mm x 3mm / stainless steel round - 25mm x 1.6mm square 25mm x 1.2mm
By cutting shim spacing washers out of appropriate gauge sheet metal or aluminum plate, others sizes can easily be bent using above mentioned formers
There is also a 75mm Dia X 5mm thick disc supplied with the bender which is used for bending Flat Bar. For bending thicker sections of flat bar or even round rod simply add spacing shims as you would to the tube bending formers until the distance between the base plate and the top clamping disc matches the material you wish to bend
The Multi-Bend can be mounted either in a sturdy vice attached to a heavy or fixed bench or may be bolted to a dedicated solid post or mounted onto the back of a Ute
The Multi-Bend tube bender was designed in Australia and has been made here for over 35 years, because of its robust construction it is built to last.

Designed for use with Multi-Bend tube bender
Pack includes 16 and 19 mm Concave Former for bending Round Tube in, Mild Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and, while keeping the form of the material.
Originally for Pool Fencing - (they meet Australian Standards width/spacing), many other uses.
Designed to bend 1.6 to 2.5mm wall thickness tube.
Can also be used to bend 1.2mm wall thickness with the addition of single strand of 1.2 mm wire wrapped around former.
Testing recommended before use.
